“This evening, June 3, 2023, I had the delightful experience of making a purchase at Gazelle Sports In downtown Birmingham where I was assisted by the most patient, tolerant 16-year-old absolutely adorable young man who was none other than Asher. I had no idea of what I wanted other than OnCloud tennis shoes as my neighbor had a pair and I thought they were "cool." Sweet Asher patiently brought box after box of tennis shoes for me and when I asked that he choose the pair for me he did exactly that and I wore them out of the store. Fifty-three years separate Asher from me in chronological age, but he treated my indecisiveness with utmost kindness. “Amazing customer Service! This is a review for a purchase I made online. I ordered some ski pants for my daughter, they arrived very quickly. Unfortunately they didn't fit so I called customer service to inquire about a return or exchange. The girl that I spoke with(forget her name, sorry) was great. She emailed me a pre-paid return shipping label while we were on the phone which I was not expecting, I figured I'd have to pay the return shipping. These pants were last seasons so quantities were limited, their website was showing just two pairs left in the new size I needed. The girl on the phone offered to do an even exchange once they received my return but I didn't want to risk them selling out before they received my return package so I asked if I could just order them with her. She took care of it and I received the new ones which fit perfectly 2 days later. Once they received my return the processed the refund immediately, I received an alert from my CC company of the refund less than 24 hours after they received my return. I have since made a couple other purchases from them which were perfect as well. This is a great company, I wish I lived closer to their brick and mortar stores.”

“Great gift shop located at Comerica Park, the home of the Detroit Tigers! Anything you could ever want Tigers wise! Large assortment of merchandise including jerseys, hats, shirts, cups, autographs and other memorabilia. Lots of displays and other items to view as well. Prices are reasonable for a MLB stadium gift shop. Entrances inside and outside of the stadium. The employees are friendly and will help you find what you’re looking for! Open on game days and non game days. Definitely a place you want to visit if you’re a Tigers fan or not!”

“Attended Nantais to have uniform fit for kids' travel team. People are knowledgeable and helpful. Probably only a few left truly Windsor Essex sports equipment supplier. In order to help local business and community, we all should shop as much as possible locally. Covid restrictions are hitting these business hard and only easy to help each other is to shop locally as long as the price is reasonable. If you play baseball, football, or any team sports, this is the place to shop as a team. Great place!”

“As an Oregon native Nike has a special place in my heart. So we stopped by to check out what a 'Community Store' entails. The staff was over the top friendly loved that! The most unique offering was refurbished and slightly irregular shoes. I picked up a gift for my nephew and daughter while I was there. If I had more room in my luggage I may have snagged something for myself. The store was tidy, well stocked and I am so glad I popped in for a quick visit.”

“I had a driver fitting with Tim and he was awesome. Super nice guy with a lot of knowledge about the golf swing, golf products and fitting. He was able to help me configure my driver settings to maximize my carry and to optimize it to my swing. He also offered product recommendations that were spot on but was not at all doing it in a “sales” way but rather to help maximize what I can get out of my game. Tim was very patient and generous with his time and can’t recommend him and the store enough!”
