As when i called the 800 # it was awful one automated system to another to a chat on my phone and I got no where snd became very frustrated. I called local Hartland store and they were MORE than helpful. He walked ne through the process and boom done! I highly recommend the Hartland Verizon store!!!”

“I decided to switch from AT&T because, after moving from the DC area to Michigan a few years ago, I found I rarely had more than one or bars in this area. The folks at this T-Mobile store helped me set up an app that gave me access to the T-Mobile network for a couple of months to test whether their network really was what I wanted. When I came back to make the switch, they answered all my questions and gave me a price that was 30% or more cheaper than AT&T (and with rebates for switching). It took some time to change over each of the lines (the kids are in different states), but we got it all done and no one has had any complaints. I’d be happy to go back and work with the Milford T-Mobile folks again.”

Chase assisted me with everything taking almost 2 hours of his time to get me squared away while still assisting other customers at the same time.
