Rob, on one day’s notice, diagnosed/fixed the issue and worked through the process for us to have the chain service shop in Ohio pay Glory to God for the “re-repair.” The extra effort is especially appreciated as it is enabling my daughter to get home for Mother’s Day, timely and safely, to celebrate my wife and her mother.

“I have been very pleased with my experiences with Silverback Automotive. I have a 2018 Colorado. The first job Kyle did for me was cosmetic; I had him replace my nerf rails. This summer I suspected I had a bad wheel bearing due to noise that was getting louder and louder. Kyle replaced my differential which fixed the problem and gave me a good price. This week Kyle replaced my thermostat and gave me a good price on that job too. Kyle is excellent at diagnosing vehicle issues. Honest, trustworthy, friendly and good customer service.
