“Thanks to they folks at big country my jeep is finally getting better we had an engine swap done at another shop with nothing but issues since. Every issue that has came up with the jeep has gone into them an returned fixed. It's been a process but they have done an amazing job thank you guys.”
“My daughter is a Hillsdale College student. A chain service shop near our central Ohio hometown performed some low quality work on her SUV around the Easter holiday. Weeks later issues started showing up.
Rob, on one day’s notice, diagnosed/fixed the issue and worked through the process for us to have the chain service shop in Ohio pay Glory to God for the “re-repair.” The extra effort is especially appreciated as it is enabling my daughter to get home for Mother’s Day, timely and safely, to celebrate my wife and her mother.
Rob helped us even though her SUV has an O-H-I-O license plate. 😝
Thanks to everyone there at the shop!”

“Exceptional service and customer care. I am from out of town working locally and was in need of an oil change along with a routine checkup. The owner and her crew were personable and helpful while providing a quality service at a good price. Highly recommended.”
