“I had a balance issue on one of my tires. I stopped in at 6:32 pm and they close at 7:00. They got me and jumped right on it and checked all four tires and fixed my problem. Biggest issue was I forgot my wallet and they told me to install Walmart app and I could pay that way. I did it and was able to pay for my items and tire balance. They two ladies who i did not get their names were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. I think one was the manager. All I can say is THANK YOU VERY MUCH LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!”

“What a guy, I simply can't speak highly enough about Brian. I called the shop to inquire about a pre-purchase inspection as I'm out of state and was buying a used car, sight unseen. It was 8am on his first morning back from extended time out of the shop so he was absolutely swamped and backed up on work. He could have instantly hung up the phone (a few others did) but instead he offered to swing by the dealership and take a look at the car on his lunch break. He called me back and walked me through what he usually looks for and what he found. Spent 20 minutes with me on the phone, was incredibly insightful & knowledgeable, and wouldn't let me pay him for his time. Brian had no business entertaining my call that morning, but did one of the kindest and selfless things anyone has done for me in quite a while. This is the epitome of excellence & passion in small business ownership in America. Don't even hesitate to bring your vehicle to Miller's. Thank you Brian!”
