They suggest you make an appointment when you need a cashier's check, but they don't seem to keep to that appointment time. I waited well past the hr my appointment was scheduled for. Very disappointed in the service. I feel like it was a waste to schedule the appointment if I was going to have to wait over an hr anyway.

Why is it when you call Fifth Third you get the poorest service, but yet when you show up, you get extremely good service? Like, my family is just trying to get in contact and get information on our account….
