“The AT&T people are always nice. The last visit, the girl was young and inclined to not listen or to take the time to find the correct answer to the question being asked. We've all been young once but she, Jalynn (not sure) will learn, I hope. When calling the store the next day to find out the answers not given the day before, the man answering was quite huffy and offended that anyone had this opinion. Nothing new in the world today but very annoying when nice, polite, going the extra mile is so refreshing.”

“New Samsung Galaxy A20 Phone Work's great. Cell Service as far as voice and text work great. Data works great in Hillsdale MI 49271 LTE 4G 4 bars sometimes 5. Live in Pittsford MI 49271 and also have LTE 4G same 4 to 5 bars. But I have like no data old phone and the new one but anywhere else data works great any ideal's what's going on. Boost keeps saying tower is up and running. This has been like this for the pass six months and they gave me a 10 dollers for that time because they blame my phone even no it's new and works on all other Sprint Cell Towers. Store have not had any problem's vary helpfully.”
