“I'm not one to typically leave reviews but I feel compelled to at this point as recognition for exceptional service. A couple of months prior I was trying to change my cell service provider and was bringing my own device. Kristy E. not only helped me pick the best plan but also followed up with me to make sure everything was working properly later that 1st day. I returned a couple weeks later to straighten out a plan/billing issue and she kindly helped me with resolving that with the Verizon reps which was incredibly helpful and above and beyond just trying to sell a service or product which was great experience #2. Well fast forward to today (4/28/26) which was experience #3 and Kristy helped me resolve the issue from experience #2 that should have been a quick call but she worked with me for an hour and 15 minutes until we were able to finally get the resolution. I'm not sure what Kristy is making but it surely isn't enough. As a long time Quality Manager, I can assure you that customer service is one of the most challenging positions in any organization. Kristy is an asset to Russell Cellular and I would recommend that you switch to Verizon (if you aren't already a customer) as this level of customer service is extraordinarily rare in today's society.
