Bring us the wrong mail everyday day!!

Our post person refuses to come down our driveway, admittedly it is in deplorable condition due to an on going dispute with neighbors about who does the repairs. But whenever something won't fit in the mail box out comes the pink slip with instructions to pick up the item at the post office due to no access. That's funny though as the pizza delivery guy manages to deliver pizza to our door with no problem.

They don't even listen to what is going on. My change of address ( a simple thing ) is beyond messed up.

Old, outdated, archaic, no easy access, no handicap ramps, staff as friendly as a tree. Hillsdale needs a NEW post office is all I'm gonna say..

Staff is so beyond rude here. Very disappointing that you walk in with a smile on your face and they're all just immediately snotty. This has happened several times, even when owning a small business downtown. Do better, Hillsdale.

Had a PO box for years. I enjoy seeing all the staff at the post office they are friendly efficient and helpful. It's very nice to go in and say hello in the morning. They all do a great job. Thank you to our local post office. Michaela cousino

Incredibly rude clerk. No excuse for his behavior. I'm also curious to know how people who need to park in the handicapped space can then access the building up those steep steps?

Not happy with the post office. My Carrier put in change of address without my knowledge, she put in that I moved with no forwarding address. This has created serious problems as to I've never moved. We have been fighting with this post office since January with no prevail. No reprimand for the carrier in question. Excuses is all we get.

The Hillsdale Post Office is supposed to be a place you can go to process a passport request. My daughter called in the morning and they said she could come in to get my granddaughter's passport from 10 a.m. to 3:30. (BOTH parents have to be present when requesting a passport for a minor.) She and her husband and child went in at 3:10 with all the appropriate documentation already filled out. All they had to do was hand it in and pay the fees. No one was there who could or would process a passport. Not everyone can get off work in the middle of the day to do this, and the very least you should expect when you do is that the personnel at the post office will be able to do their job. Otherwise, they should not say they are a passport processing facility. Same thing happened to another family member when dealing with the Hillsdale Post Office. This does not seem like a very professional way to do business.
