“About 10 years ago, our company vacuum died, and we bought one from a department store for under $200. It lasted under a year. My wife will only buy a vacuum for our house from here, so I went here and bought one. It has lasted for nearly 10 years. Our cleaner uses it for a couple of hours each day, and the cord got run over and caused a short. I was going to get it repaired, and I'm sure it would have worked, but I just got a new one to avoid any upcoming issues. These machines last a long time. If you want a lot of headaches with your vacuum, buy a cheap one. If you want one that will last a long time, buy a good one from this store. Don't fix your old junk, get a good one.”
“Great service and very helpful. My family were camping nearby and after the first night our A/C stopped working. We traveled from Buffalo so we are not from the area. Johnstone was recommended to me so I brought in a part and the staff was very helpful getting the part I needed. Installed the part and now the A/C is working properly. Thanks guys.”
