“Professional and super great repair prices, my Hoover was just being a real confusing mess for me to repair by myself but they figured out the issue, cleared it up, cleaned it up and replaced my belt on it too! Steve was very kind and a great delight to talk to, he let me know he’d call if the price was more than the vacuum, and the deposit fee went to the final repair cost making it even less that it explained on the work order for the cost of the repair job. I’d hope my vacuum won’t be having anymore issues but if it ever does this is the first place I’m going too and I can’t recommend them enough for folks that just can’t afford to buy a whole new one these days!”
“Great service and very helpful. My family were camping nearby and after the first night our A/C stopped working. We traveled from Buffalo so we are not from the area. Johnstone was recommended to me so I brought in a part and the staff was very helpful getting the part I needed. Installed the part and now the A/C is working properly. Thanks guys.”
