“Professional and super great repair prices, my Hoover was just being a real confusing mess for me to repair by myself but they figured out the issue, cleared it up, cleaned it up and replaced my belt on it too! Steve was very kind and a great delight to talk to, he let me know he’d call if the price was more than the vacuum, and the deposit fee went to the final repair cost making it even less that it explained on the work order for the cost of the repair job. I’d hope my vacuum won’t be having anymore issues but if it ever does this is the first place I’m going too and I can’t recommend them enough for folks that just can’t afford to buy a whole new one these days!”
“Great service and very helpful. My family were camping nearby and after the first night our A/C stopped working. We traveled from Buffalo so we are not from the area. Johnstone was recommended to me so I brought in a part and the staff was very helpful getting the part I needed. Installed the part and now the A/C is working properly. Thanks guys.”
“Ben Turgeon was phenomenal with helping me navigate my tech issues. My photo import got disturbed on my computer and I was worried all my images were lost! Ben tried everything, even when my time went a little over he never gave up and was able to get them back and honestly saved the day!! If I could give more stars I would!”
“I've been struggling with a lot of stuff lately personal and professional, however the guys working and running the store are just awesome. They have been so considerate and kind helping me when I'm unable to make a payment on time. They genuinely seem to care and care that you have a good experience.”
“I cannot say enough good things about the Holland Best Buy & the people that work there.
They give great computer/laptop advice. They are just knowledgeable and love sharing that with the customers!!”
