“Needed to rent a road bike for my daughter to ride the Lakeshore Harvest Ride. Online registration was a snap, and then I followed that up with a call to arrange pickup the day before the event, which they easily got set up for me. Great, new model Cannondale Topstone that they kitted out with my preferences of flat pedals and road tires. Helped me load it onto my rack and were super attentive and helpful during the entire process. Bike rode great, and they provided a lock for me to return it after the ride, and after when they had closed - just locked it up to their bike rack out front. Excellent, friendly service throughout, and reasonably priced!”

“Very thankful to Brian, Tanner x2, and the owner for all the help received fitting my bike with a new saddle, filling it with air (free air! :) ) and the accessories we purchased. All put on by them on the spot with no extra charge. Thank you all very much!”

“West Michigan bikes is what I look for in a bicycle store. Friendly, helpful, professional staff, providing excellent, convenient service at a fair price. I brought my bicycles into them for service and/or modification a number of times, and each time I've been pleased with the experience and the results. I recommend them without reservation!”

“Friendly, nice employees, quick service, epic rally car parked out front. I brought in wheels to be trued, and I explained these wheels would go on a modified bicycle. Where other bike shops refused service, they had no problem maintenancing the bike and making it safe to ride. Very swag place”
