“Let’s just say we stumbled upon a very genuine antique store in downtown Holland and spent hours buying neat finds. The store looks tiny but has 2 additional floors of the most amazing antiques I could lay my eyes on. The service is amazing and being a pet friendly store made our life so much easier to get our pets to sit while we shopped around. We bought a lot of glassware, dishes and some antique cups that added such an aesthetic touch to our home.
Very reasonably priced we were so satisfied with our purchases and highly recommend this place!!!”

“Highly recommend Lakeshore If you are looking to remodel your kitchen. Process started with Becki in the showroom who listen to our ideas and then showed us different layouts and different choices of cabinets to fit our budget and style. When it came time for installation, Adam, Kirk and Randy took care in everything they did. We were impress with their attention to each detail. They were very respectful of our home and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left for the evening. We love the end result!”
“Brenda & Steve were a pleasure to work with. We felt welcomed the moment we stepped inside the store. For us, this was our 3rd attempt at finding the right mattress and Brenda helped us immensely. She really dove into our chief complaints about the last two beds we had (a foam mattress and a general spring one) and then applied that to find the best Sleep Number option for us.
I was very surprised but we ended up getting an adjustable base. Brenda put the head and feet up just a bit and I thought “oh this is comfy” but then when she laid it back flat, oh my the difference was stark. I LOVE having my head and feet up just a bit.
Delivery is about 3 weeks out but that gives us some time to buy some new bedroom furniture that we planned on getting too. We’ll see how the bed is once it arrives, but as far as this store and its associates go, 5 stars! Thanks so much.”
“I had the great fortune to meet Rebecca Haner at Klingman's in Holland. She took the time to sit with me and brainstorm various possible room layouts for a room that has been a challenge for me due to its small size. She even worked on possibilities after we met and put together a few options for the next time we met. She set up similar furniture in a layout that really helped me visualize everything. We could even move things around and pull in other pieces. She has been so good with all of my questions and is great at communicating in person and via email. She has great ideas, and has a positive and energetic personality. I can't thank her enough for all of her help!”

“We got two custom mattresses made for our yacht. One was a little short, but they stood behind their product. There will always be challenges, but the sign of a good organization is service ... and they certainly shine. Mattresses are comfy!”
“I went in trying to figure out how to close the pool and what chemicals to get. My dad usually did it but he was weak from cancer and the tumors in his brain. They said they knew my dad from going in there over the past 6 years, Zagers ended up closing our pool for us free of charge and squeezed us in a couple days later. My dad passed away 3 weeks later. It was very sincere gesture and relieved a lot of stress from my mom and I during a really tough time. Thank you so much.”
“Such a great experience with their tire covers. I was really disappointed when my order arrived because the color was very different from how it appeared online. Customer service was outstanding. I got an immediate response and the exchange was really easy. I confess to being surprised as (sadly) I expect so little service when I order online these days but I heard back from humans (!) who resolved the problem quickly.”
