Ben Turgeon was phenomenal with helping me navigate my tech issues. My photo import got disturbed on my computer and I was worried all my images were lost! Ben tried everything, even when my time went a little over he never gave up and was able to get them back and honestly saved the day!! If I could give more stars I would!

They do a good job trying to help customers even when they may not have a reservation. It is suggested to make a reservation to help manage the customers time and Geek Squads time.
