“Jordan in the printing department - do not let her go ever! I was ready to take my business elsewhere after a year of not printing correctly and the last time the girl tossed my husband 250 business cards (out of an order of 1000.) The other girl didn't want to be bothered by the inconvenience of going in the back to look. Well Jordan called and let me know they were out of the paper I wanted, I told her fine, go ahead and print on the other paper. She definitely redeemed herself and this particular Staples location by going above and beyond what was necessary. 1 star knocked off because of all of the other rude, inconsiderate and mistakes made in the last year. Congratulations Jordan, you got me from one star to 4. That's a BIG DEAL!”
