“Walked in.to the Holland MI.store and was greeted immediately. I already knew which boot and size I wanted so it was a quick process to pull a pair and put them on and walk around the store a bit. As I am so far from a store good 45 minutes one way the lady was kind enough to give me an extra set of laces for those hot cutting slag caused lace failures. In all it was a great experience!”

“Edith was exceptional in helping me resolve a minor issue i had. The previous day I purchased a pair of shoes, I get them home and next morning try them on for the first time for work. one felt really tight around my foot the other wasnt. I called said morning and spoke with someone and they told me I could come in after work. So I came in after work today, talked with Edith and she dug into the issue. Went above and beyond to find out I had been given the wrong shoe altogether from the one I purchased. She went as far as to want to order them at no extra cost and ship them to my house for free. I asked if there was another size I could try on possibly, without hesitation, said yes and she found them right away, allowing me to try both shoes on before leaving the store and was very apologetic for the other employee mishap. Her adamant eye for detail and her customer service needs to be recognized and awarded accordingly. Edith's swift and kind actions,have created a lifetime customer out of me for this store.”
“They usually have good deals on ammo I really like shopping here they have a nice selection of guns and ammo.when ever I'm in the store the staff in there are always friendly and very helpful if they see you looking for a minute for something they come and ask if you need help finding anything you don't have to go look for them!!
