“The people here are really friendly and they have a lot of cute clothes if you're on the smaller side. Most of the plus size clothes that I saw are too busy or reminded me of a quilt or something. They did have some incredibly soft sweaters but the majority of them were short (about waist length) but I think that must be the style right now; not complimentary if you have a bit of a tummy (in my opinion).”
“While it’s a neat store for clothing and outdoor gear like Osprey and Columbia, with very friendly staff and great clothing, it comes up as a Military Surplus store in Google searches.
THIS IS NOT A MILITARY SURPLUS STORE. Lesson learned, call in advance.”
“Lovely, impeccably curated small business. Visited from Metro Detroit area after following online for some time. I love the thoughtful selection and the ability to try on brands most retailers don’t have in person. I love discovering new beauty, home and gifts here as well! Even my husband is happy to peruse as the men’s section is wonderful! The staff is incredibly friendly and was very understanding of my rambunctious toddler. Can’t wait to visit again!”

“Im a former Cato manager so I Critique. This store was beautifully put together! The manager knew all the customers. There was even a young lady and I heard the manager say, you grew up beautifully and asked about her mom. This is definitely a generational/family store. Shelean makes the store feel like you’re shopping with your best friend! Simply awesome! She was sick the day we went in, I can’t imagine how she does when she’s well! Cato has a gem!”

“I brought in a couple things I needed to return to Amazon this evening. From the moment I walked up, Michael was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely kind. He took his time to make sure everything was processed correctly, answered my questions without rushing me, and had such a calm and helpful attitude the entire time. You could tell he really cared about doing a good job and making the customer feel comfortable. It’s rare to come across someone so young who already carries themselves with that level of professionalism and kindness. He made what could’ve been a quick, forgettable errand into a really positive experience.
