They were able to quickly take my door apart find the problem and fix it and not charge me an arm in a leg. I had taken it to auto lab a couple days because it was close. They absolutely did not take the time to diagnose it, but blithely recommended and said I needed a new door handle and wrote me a $550 estimate. Then I was so relieved to take it to Austin’s and find out that I just had a broken or loose cable. They fixed it for me pretty much on the spot. Thank You!”
