“I don't see why a reviewer says it's not modern. This bank has all the same features for users as any big name bank I've ever been with. The only non modern aspect is the customer service, which is a good thing. Unlike modern business, this company values it's customers and treats them as if they were friends coming by their house. They are proficient in their interactions while still being personal and knowing you as an individual.To top it off they do special things for their customers, such as offering fresh coffee and homemade cookies. They make sure you know about anything they offer that could benefit you. At the same time they don't try to sell you on things. If you're looking for somebody that has your interest at heart that is this Bank. That is how they maintain their customer base.”

“Overall a very good experience here. The front desk staff are kind and knowledgeable. They do their best for the circumstances they are in.***This is for their corporate and owner of this branch****It's a shame that their turnover rate is pretty much every month.How are they supposed to give good customer service when they are understaffed, not paid much and don't even have time to eat? Where is the owner of this branch to help out and be the leader??Food, Ya know the basic necessity of a life. Pfff don't need to let our employees take breaks because there's only 2 people in the entire building trying to take care of nonstop customers and one is a new employee.Makes me wonder why the turnover rate is the way it is. I've always wondered if the people in corporate making 6 figures ever turn there gaze the other way around and ask hmm ? what's it like to be a front desk person's shoes? Not getting to eat, and getting paid so little for their services. I truly believe if a corporate Huntington employee worked here for 2 weeks a lot would change or they couldn't handle it and quite.”
“Today was my first time ever inside of a Chase Bank. (I opened my account online and have done everything through direct deposit and various Chase ATMs.) At first I was a little nervous and confused, as I didn’t see any tellers when I walked in. (FYI: when you walk in, they are behind the wall to the left.) But every employee here was incredibly kind and patient. Everyone was smiling, and I got in and out in just a minute or two. Also, this location is evidently extremely LGBTQIA+ friendly! I will definitely be returning to this location in the future for any in-person banking needs.”

However I recently called by phone and was answered immediately. I was told to expect a call back within the hour. “Love this bank.. people are friendly and if you have online issues they will help you through it. I personally like to go in and do my banking. I don't like drive thru, I don't understand the automatic system. They've offered to show me/practice coupons, which is nice. I still rather go in person and get my balance that way.”
