The guy i spoke with was very straight and honest with me, found the exact cause and saw that my issue might be something covered under warranty for the shop that recently put on the new oil cooler housing because he was so honest and did not want to charge me for something that should be covered I instantly trusted him more than the place I was going previously. I had him quote me and do the work anyways because I was confident it would be done correctly. This was back in December and I havent had any problems with the repair. “I had a great experience with Fenton express towing. I called the tow truck to have my car towed to the repair shop that we always use. The car wouldn’t start my husband exhausted all of his expertise with the battery pulled it out and charged it overnight, tried to jump it, tried it with a jump. Pack could not get it started. We were thinking it was the starter or something. The tow truck driver got there asked me what the problem was. I told him we can’t get it started. It’s just clicking. He put a jump pack on it and it didn’t start right away, but we waited a few minutes and then it was turning over. I waited a few more minutes and lower behold, he got the car started. He sent me over to O’Reilly’s to have them check the battery and low and behold the battery was only eight months old and we had bought it at O’Reillys so I ended up with a brand new battery for free! I can’t Thank the tow truck driver at FedEx express towing more! I highly recommend them’”
