“I stopped in because I was driving by after having stopped at Autozone, O'reilly and Advanced Auto and having no luck finding the part I needed. Decided to try ONE MORE store and I am so glad I did, because this will now be my first stop from here on out. They were the first place out of 3 prior that offered to order me the windshield wiper I wanted for my back window. I wasn't able to get it for the next day when my brother was going to be in town helping me with my car so I joked and asked if they would install it too, the one guy said he would be here the day it arrived and he had no problem putting it on for me. Well I forgot to stop in the day it arrived even though they called me, so went the next morning to get it and the one guy wasn't there, but the other one that had been in store remembered I needed help getting it on and I was fully expecting to walk away and have to figure out how to get it on, but he opened it right away and said lets go get this on, and he put it on for me! I am so incredibly thankful for Riley going the extra mile to help me out. I understand this isn't normal protocol for them to help out in this way so it meant even more that they did anyways. Because of this I will always start my search at NAPA!”
