“i went to Autozone to purchase a battery for my car fob. my first experience with this. the rep Joseph R explained to me what type of battery i need. he was able to offer me a few purchase options. then Joseph took apart my fob and installed the battery for me at no charge. i am very impressed with Joseph and his willingness to serve customers. i am a long time customer of Autozone and will continue to be for my automotive needs.
