“Swab Collision is sthe BEST! In looking up their "lowest" review, there were all 5 stars! I can attest to this. Our car had a loose heat shield that was rattling very loudly. A bolt had suddlenly come off and caused the heat shield to start to flap up and down in a strong wind, as we drove along. We happened to stop in at Swab's and ask them if they could help us. Despite our situation not being collision repair, they very wilingly helped us and the heat shield was secured in a jiffy. Their willingness to help us was a real blessing to us, and their shop and facility was very organized. They refused payment for their help. Our payment to them is to let everyone know how great these people are, and by all of the other great reviews you can believe it!”

“I called to talk about my car issue and the woman who answered was very nice and kind, I then brought my car in and it was horrible weather but they helped me out right there and didn’t charge me. I appreciate that so much especially as a single mom. So I will definitely be going back for any issues they can solve and trust them to do the work and be fair.”
