“After someone backed into my car, I took it to Mason Auto Body.
The first day, I took it in for an estimate, which was easy and fast. That same evening, after I talked with the person who hit my car and figured out with my insurance on what I would do, I called Mason Auto Body and they ordered the part they needed and said they'd let me know once it arrived so I could get my car on the schedule.
When it arrived, they called me and immediately got me on the schedule. I was able to take my car in the next day and got a rental from Enterprise (who they work with).
It was quite seamless from there! Mason Auto Body kept me up to date on repairs (they ended up needing to order a couple more parts) and even though they expected to take 9 days to complete it, I got it back in 7!
I picked up my car and was able to leave the keys to the Enterprise rental with them and they took care of the rest.
They were very easy to work with and friendly as well. I certainly hope not to have another incident with my car, but if I do, I know where I'll go!”

“Swab Collision is sthe BEST! In looking up their "lowest" review, there were all 5 stars! I can attest to this. Our car had a loose heat shield that was rattling very loudly. A bolt had suddlenly come off and caused the heat shield to start to flap up and down in a strong wind, as we drove along. We happened to stop in at Swab's and ask them if they could help us. Despite our situation not being collision repair, they very wilingly helped us and the heat shield was secured in a jiffy. Their willingness to help us was a real blessing to us, and their shop and facility was very organized. They refused payment for their help. Our payment to them is to let everyone know how great these people are, and by all of the other great reviews you can believe it!”
“I just had the new owner, JJ, fixed a damaged car door. For many years, I trusted Joe and Dennis, and they had always done a great job. JJ not only did a really nice job on the repair, but also communicated by phone very proactively, was finished when he said he would be, and proactively had ideas on how the cost could be lowered. I was getting this repair done out of pocket, so that really helped. I hope folks will give JJ a look, and help him get a great start in business. My first experience with him was a really good one, although I hope that I don't have to see him very often.”
