“I have to say I had the pleasure of doing business with them ! All of a sudden my car starts jerking won’t go I was trying to find a shop to pull over in and came across A&J Transmission shop , they were totally upfront with me, explained every detail and scenario that they could , and said they treat their customers like their own grandma ! That is the truth ! They had my car diagnosed fixed and out the door in less than 4 hrs! They didn’t over charge me in fact they actually charged me less than it would cost for an hour of diagnosing!! Turned out it was a bolt on my rack and pinion assembly came loose ! Any farther down the road and I would not have been able to steer ! I am so very grateful for the men and lady that were there that day! I indeed was there Grandma that day! “My AC decided to go out the week before the hottest week in July. I have always taken my truck to the dealership where I purchased it for regular maintenance and care. I tried the simple AC recharge can and got an error message on the meter. The dealership told me the AC compressor was bad and that if that's bad, I should change two other parts or it wouldn't work. All that was going to be $5,000. Comical, given the truck has 160k on it. My neighbor told me about Frankie D's. They took my truck while I was away on vacation and gave an initial estimate of $1,500. No one likes spending money on cars. It sucks, but that was better than $5,000. Upon arrival to pick up the truck, they mentioned that a full recharge wasn't necessary, so that would bring my price down to $1,200. I was pleasantly surprised and my truck is back in great working order! I will continue to go to Frankie D's for future care of my truck. Thank you guys so much!”
