“They have what I need most the time I love Wheaties but they run out fast or don't always get them cuz of corporate don't always get stuff people like all the time not DG's employee's fault they have NO control over what they get on the truck's and not every DG has the same things. Still has things others don't and they are not all owned by the same people.”

“This is my go to store for its convenience. While checking out on February 21 in the afternoon the cashier asked if I found everything. I mentioned an item that I needed. She left and came back with it as they were restocking and she knew where it was. I felt she went above and beyond her duties by listening to my needs and even opened the door to help me out. Staff is always pleasant and helpful at this Dollar General.”

“This is a fantastic location. The best one in all of Lansing! The lady who did my pick up order tonight was fabulous! From the moment I walked in she did nothing but help her customers and did it with a smile on her face! She even double bagged my items and tied it , because the items I had were heavy.I will not shop at any other location from now on. Every other location seems to have really angry people working at all times and they make the shopping experience horrible! It really matters how the employees treat people and this lady has it down pat! I wish I would have gotten her name just so I could tell her manager how awesome she was!”

Open til 10pm which is odd (bc $ stores close 9 or earlier) but awesome and convenient?. The turn over rate seems low bc I see the same employees working for years now. “This stores employees are wonderful people the cashier seen I was having trouble walking due to a bad hip and she carried my large bag of cat food out to my car while she summons another cashier to take over the register. “There was a couple very nice ladies working this morning, who helped me with a coupon issue. They went above and beyond When they absolutely did not have to. They didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience and explained the app to me without talking down to me one bit or making me feel stupid for not being to tech savvy. This is definitely one of the best Dollar General’s I have been to thank you for appreciating your customers concerns and keeping the store stocked and clean.”

“It's a great place to go and get a few things you need really quick and be out. The store is clean and well stocked with all kinds of supplies you need and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about where things are, to help you with your shopping. I do come here often to pick up miscellaneous stuff because it's close to home and I can easily be in and out quickly. There's usually no big line to be checked out like some other places I visit.

“This Family Dollar is my go to. I've always been a dollar general girl, but this Family Dollar location usually has the friendliest associates, almost always has what I need, and isn't located right off a busy road so it's easily accessible unlike many other stores of this type. I always go here.”
