“Ordered a rolling toolbox from them. On delivery there was a note from the driver that another load had come loose and bumped my delivery. The scuff on the box was so minimal that I most likely wouldn’t have noticed and there will be larger scuffs from standard use within the week but the driver still took the time to explain what happened, left his name and offered to bring another if I wanted. Very honest store with good people working from them.”

“Casey needs to be recognized. I was hesitant to call, thinking you wouldn't be able to fix my problem. I had major engine issues on a tractor and it was a weekend. I called and spoke to Casey, he said they had what I needed and he sounded confident so I went there. Sure enough, I was able to repair my engine internals with supplies that Casey measured, compared to my old parts, and found at your store. An extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful employee. Keep Casey in your organization at all costs.”
