Over the summer, my car engine seized on the highway an hour away from home, and after waiting hours for an insurance tow truck that never showed, I called On the Hook Towing. Jesse showed up in under 20 minutes, and after promptly, skillfully, and professionally getting the car situated, he had us on the road. I had mentioned to Jesse that I had planned to go to another random auto shop nearby that I assumed was the only one open at the time, and to my good fortune he recommended Moe's Tire and Auto as the best in the area. I'm usually very skeptical in matters like these, but once welcomed and settled, Moses accurately assessed a faulty oil filter with no gasket ring that I had purchased earlier that day to be the cause of the engine seizure. He quoted me very fairly for the work and parts, and got to work within a very respectable timeframe. My car is still running great, and I couldn't be more grateful, as his testament to the issue ultimately helped me win most of the money back from the company I purchased the filter from initially. Truly patient, accommodating, and decent individuals that are knowledgable and carry out exceptional and honest work.”

A little bit of shopping for everybody especially in the front office you never know what you're going to find I need to use junk tables. Staff is always helpful an entirely friendly. Probably best deal on used tires you're going to find you pick them yourself.”

My truck looks brand new again! The quality of the workmanship is truly exceptional, and the price was very fair. “I've been a customer at this O'Reilly Auto Parts store since I moved to the Belleville area. This store always has the parts I need, and with the ability to order parts to the store the same day directly from a local warehouse it makes this location one of my favorite auto part stores ever. It's not just the convenience of having access to parts the same day for why I like this location but because of the great and very knowledgeable employees that work here. Without great employees like John and Acie this location would simply be just another auto parts store, employees like them truly make all the difference. I can take my questions here and be confident one of those two can answer my question or point me in the direction to solve my problem. I hope O'Reilly can truly see the worth of having great employees like them around because without them I would have no reason to choose this location over another store.”

“I want out there 3 weeks ago and saw a car I wanted to buy, he told me that it would be ready in a week and I went out there that Thursday and he told me it would be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday I went out there Tuesday and then he told me Call Thursday and I just called and it's still not ready. So if you see a car that you want that's not ready to go be prepared to be patient since he has to wait on the detective for the inspection and paperwork. I went out there yesterday, he had a couple more for me to look at and work with me on the price so I go to pick up my vehicle today 😊”
