“I want out there 3 weeks ago and saw a car I wanted to buy, he told me that it would be ready in a week and I went out there that Thursday and he told me it would be ready by Tuesday or Wednesday I went out there Tuesday and then he told me Call Thursday and I just called and it's still not ready. So if you see a car that you want that's not ready to go be prepared to be patient since he has to wait on the detective for the inspection and paperwork. I went out there yesterday, he had a couple more for me to look at and work with me on the price so I go to pick up my vehicle today 😊”

“I’m assuming it was the owner of this location, an older gentleman. But the service that I had received from my phone call and going into there was absolutely amazing. I needed a new battery for my car and I was told multiple times by multiple different place that they couldn’t do it or they didn’t have the right battery. Came into Napa and, he was kind enough to change my battery and was done within a few minutes. I did have to wait for a while but that was completely understandable with him being the only guy working today on a Sunday. but I truly appreciate the service I received from them today.”

“When a business operation is performed so well, 1 or 2 small but confusing issues can hurt a little. I brought my only 4 month old 23 Ford Bronco into Burhop collision to repair some door damage. The shop did an excellent repair job. But my truck was delivered like this (pictured) I wanted to write a lot more of the shops pros and cons, But Google only allows so much here to type. I still gave them five stars cuz all I wanted was my truck back repaired like new, which they did. Still, come on guys only takes a minute or so to hose it down lol”

“Loading and unloading times are reasonable. Large area to easily park into docks. Receiving opens at 5am as the sign on the shack to your left says. There is a phone in the shack. Use it to speak with the staff inside and they will assign you a dock. There is a BP truck stop 0.5 miles away that can take like 20 trucks. If you come in the middle of the night and you can't find a spot in the truck stop, you should be able to park in their parking lot if you are delivering early morning even though it clearly says no overnight parking.”
