“This review is for Brandon, Sales Rep. at the Imlay City, MI AT & T store. I had made a mistake in helping a friend buy an iPhone without realizing that she was not able to manage navigating and using it properly. Today (8/25/25) Brandon helped us return the iPhone. He also helped get the friend's old AT & T flip phone working again since that was the phone she had been used to, but had stopped working for her. I cannot praise Brandon's customer service too highly! I had felt so bad about advising my friend incorrectly, and he made us feel very comfortable. THANK YOU, BRANDON!”
