“as always, I like O’Reillys auto parts I’ve been going there since they took over Murray’s way back in the day, I had a bad product from a vendor, and they took care of me with a refund corporate check from my troubles, and a friendly smile along the way. This place is the best along with your people always plenty of parking, always a handicap access and a rock.”
“Best place around. Always helpful and they get you in and out quickly with batteries installations. Also it’s added bonus that they will install the battery for you. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends .”
“I bought a key fob replacement from an outside company and was given a lot of places where it could be programmed. No one would program my remote unless I bought one from them. I was referred to Batteries Plus (who was not on the list) and was told they could program the remote. The guy who programmed the remote (sorry, I can't remember his name) was helpful and professional and informed me about the process. It took them about 20 minutes to do the job. He phoned when he was finished. The cost, with tax, came to $90 which I gladly paid to have a fully functional remote.”
“O’Reilly and Nadine coming in for the win. Battery was dying on my grandma’s car. I didn’t have the tools to replace it and didn’t want to take it to a shop. Nadine was a big help. Helping me with tools and assistance as I replaced the battery in the parking lot. Another store down the road told me they couldn’t help with replacing a battery. Go to O’Reilly especially if you are not a car guy like me.”

“My daughter was having a battery charging issue and I stopped at O’Reilly’s In Taylor and the young lady named Dawn tested my battery and alternator and she identified the issue and assured me what the problem was and I bought a alternator and it solved the problem and she was very nice and respectful Thank You Dawn ??????????????”

“I went to O’Reilly auto parts on Evergreen and GRAND RIVER in Detroit store # 3326 on Tuesday 10-14-2025 and asked them if they had a small part for my Ford fusion and the employee named Jessica looked up the name of that part, but she could not find it and she mentioned to me maybe I should try going to Ryan’s auto pick a part. And I had not even thought about that, but I’m glad that Jessica mentioned it and I went there and found the parts that I needed. I went to AutoZone first looking for the same small parts, but they did not even look it up on the computer. Shout out to Jessica at O’Reilly AUTO PARTS store #3326 who took the time to look it up and suggest to me where I could get the parts. Good employee Reference.??????”

“Jeff was absolutely amazing. He went ABOVE and BEYOND. We had brought a car in to get looked at for a check engine light. He explained to us of course that some codes he may not be able to offer solutions for which ofcourse we understood. But the codes he did get he explained to us in detail and also told us which parts we would need and a full break down of the costs. He was so informative and friendly and we were so beyond grateful for his help as we were super stressed out about the check engine light. I would absolutely recommend this location and Jeff to anyone and everyone!!! They were so helpful!!”
