“My mom recently had to file an insurance claim for her damaged phone. The insurance company gave us the hardest time with the claim, so we went to see Dyson at the Metro PCS store on Dix in Lincoln Park. Dyson got on the phone with the insurance company and assisted us with completing the claim.
Dyson was professional, patient and very kind. He did not have to go above and beyond like he did, but we sure are grateful that he did.
Dyson even told my mom that she could bring her replacement phone in when she received it and he would set it up for her. Once she received the phone, Dyson took care of getting her data transferred to the new phone.
Dyson's stellar customer service deserves to be recognized!!”

Originally went to the location on wayne road but the guy at the store seemed very off putting and when I mentioned what I was looking for he seemed as if he didn't want to be bothered so we left.
