“Can't really go wrong here . Probably needs to updated open time because it's not always accurate. But friendly probably tries to sell you outside of what you need , which isn't bad for most part and even work with you. Most of the phones I got came from this very location. Prices are pretty affordable I'll highly recommend. But I would call this locations store before heading there, Because you just might not know. Always safe than sorry like always.”

“Nicole on venoy and palmer is excellent at how she treats me and my family and friends. She's by far the fairest and has a lot of patience with me. She is knowledgeable and has the best prices for all her merchandise. I bought Two phones from her and she showed me how to navigate through the phone and transfered all our info and I had shopped around and Nicole beat all the prices I had gotten from stores surrounding hers. My store for life now.”

“I went here because I had my number for almost 20 years I had gone to a different store and they made me get a new number and that's not what I wanted to do. They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. I'll be coming to the store from now on.”

I really see running in there is when you're asking for someone to give you some assistance while you're looking for something and they have to ask three or four other people because they have no clue what is in their store.. other than that customer service is friendly, especially the little lady at the checkout. She was awesome! Can't really say I like the new self-scan though ?”

“I frequent the store at Merriman and Palmer in Westland.I've always had a good experience, satisfied with their prices and it's clean.Only one person there that wasn't exactly friendly. Everyone else there is always smiling and kind/helpful.The rude girl is no longer there, I would assume she was let go because of her rude personality.Only 7eleven in the area that I will go to. A lot of the others are either dirty, have rude employees or both.”

“Has all the items they are known for. Especially their nationality known SLURPEE! It offers a few items for healthy snacks but not too many. Seems as if they've downsized their coffee counter too. Its just the usual fair found in 7-Eleven stores including a gas station. ATM. Just a few travel items in a pinch. Normally clean.”
