She is knowledgeable and has the best prices for all her merchandise. I bought Two phones from her and she showed me how to navigate through the phone and transfered all our info and I had shopped around and Nicole beat all the prices I had gotten from stores surrounding hers. My store for life now.”

“I went to pick up an open box 77inch tv today, and realized when I got there that the tv did not have a box. Obviously, there is zero way to ratchet strap a TV to a truck bed when it’s outside of the box, and on top of that, I had an hour drive home.
The manager was able to find some pieces in the back, and they built up a box with styrofoam protection inside for me. Great work by them, because I wouldn’t have taken the TV otherwise. Thank you such much guys for being understanding!”

“I went here because I had my number for almost 20 years I had gone to a different store and they made me get a new number and that's not what I wanted to do. They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. I'll be coming to the store from now on.”

“I frequent the store at Merriman and Palmer in Westland.I've always had a good experience, satisfied with their prices and it's clean.Only one person there that wasn't exactly friendly. Everyone else there is always smiling and kind/helpful.The rude girl is no longer there, I would assume she was let go because of her rude personality.Only 7eleven in the area that I will go to. A lot of the others are either dirty, have rude employees or both.”

Been a Metro customer for almost 2 decades and can say that Kam and Samba have been the best customer service ever, The manager Moe, employee Sarah and new employee Brian are all just awesome too, I'm actually convinced they aren't just CSRs but they are Earth Angels in disguise. The compassionate personalble service received on their team is unrivaled!! I come here for my wireless needs first even when there may be a bit of a wait it's worth it because you are getting thorough service done right and accuracy and politeness over swiftness is always best. They will always let you know what's the best for your budget, help how they can and if it's something they don't have carry let you know if they know of anything else that will do. Although a long time visitor to this location There were times over the past year I was about falling apart over a devastating family crisis and was met with so much empathy and consideration, this exact team over all these years has been the best one yet, Kam, Samba, Moe, Sarah and Brian, your team in particular I give kudos and deepest gratitude!!”
