“The customer service representative that I dealt with from the time I moved in all the way up until today has been Andy.. and let me tell you Andy is one of the most genuine trustworthy honest awesome like I don't even know what else I can say about him except this I totally love this guy he is awesome he will work with you the best he can I just it's been a really long time since I have met someone or even spoken to someone as friendly and honest as him in a very very long time but other than that if you are looking for a storage unit just get ahold of extra space storage located on Allen road 11511 Allen road in Southgate,mi. And let me tell you I've had five other storages in the past and this is the absolute best storage I've ever had to deal with and Andy is the reason thank you for listening thank you for the review I hope you appreciate it I know he will and I definitely do so thank you all and have a wonderful day see ya wouldn't want to be you sorry I know I'm being goofy ?”

“Zack and Tyler are a great team. I have had a unit in this place on and off for years, since 2017. I have had a unit on every floor. The place is clean and protected by password secure doors and cameras. My family currently has 2 units here.”
“This place is so clean and nice! It has super easy access, indoor and outdoor. Dollys to help move your stuff and again its so clean. Moving this time has been one issue after another so I thought finding the right storage space would also be a hassle. I was so wrong! Customer service was outstanding!
Andy got me in and out within 20 minutes! So nice and down to earth, walked me through to the storage unit and went over all the information clearly and quickly. Im so glad I went here first. Thank you Andy! Your awesome!
UPDATE: Its is now December 2025, Ashley just made my day ! Wonderful easy customer service and she saved me alot of worry. Changed my unit to a more appropriate size for my current needs and got everything switched in less then 10 minutes. I have always had a great experience here. The ppl are wonderful, the facility is clean, safe, and easy to access. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Ashley!!!”
“I stored my truck here for 3 months and everything was smooth from start to finish. The facility was secure, clean, and easy to access. Staff was professional and always helpful. My truck was in the exact same condition when I picked it up. Definitely recommend this place if you need reliable storage!”

I dont do the lady name but she doesn’t needs to be there if you wanna have a attitude and be nonchalant don’t work in a public setting I wish I knew the lady name but what irritates me is when you say ok I can’t help you I’m on break for two more mins go sit back down two mins passed you decide oh I have to use the bathroom so now the customer have to wait even longer because you wanna walk slow and wait until your break is over to use the bathroom”

“Great group of people here. The guys in the office are very nice and friendly. The warehouse guys are very quick. I’ve loaded here once a week for close to 2 years and it usually takes less than an hour and a half. Plenty of parking in the back as well.”

“We were not even there for 5 minutes before a very kind and helpful young man asked if we needed help and offered when we said yes. I am sorry to say I didn’t catch his name. We were checked out by London who not only made it easy and convenient to check out by coming to inventory our choices and ring them up rather than have us carry it all over to the register. She also provided a surprising level of dedication to top notch customer service by jumping up and assisting us in carrying everything out and into our vehicle. I say surprising because normally this is not my experience these days. Thank you to London and the service oriented young man whose name I didn’t catch. U-Haul has some excellent representatives here!”
