In short he is very helpful.As for the storage conditions themselves, the facility appears to be very clean. I have been using one of the climate controlled units for about a month now and haven't had any issues.”

“Had a GREAT experience with Men on the Move this week. We were moving office spaces in Detroit and they were the guys for the job. We had the pleasure of working with Josh & Ron - dynamic duo! You could tell they were experienced movers. We had some very awkwardly big pieces we needed to move to our new space and Josh & Ron handled everything with such ease. “I had an awesome experience with Savannah and Nicole at Storage Sense of Livonia on Inkster Rd. Not just one person assisted but they both worked together as a team to get the job done. They both deserve recognition because I haven’t seen this type of customer service in a long time. Not one time did they give me a hard time but came up with a solution for me and I ended up getting a storage in which I had been trying to get for the last few months. Thanks Savannah and Nicole for going the extra mile to make sure I left with a smile instead of a frown on my face. I literally have told several people about the great and expertise service that’s at Storage Sense of Livonia on Inkster road.
P.S. please give these ladies a raise or incentive because they definitely deserve it.

“I had electrical issues with my travel trailer and needed very quick assistance. Called Sunset an hour before they opened, they answered, gave me advice and were willing to work on my trailer before they opened. Luckily Thomas solved it over the phone. Absolutely coming here in the future!”
“Came in the night before appointment no issues overnight parking and it was quiet. Only thing no Porta pot so make arrangements. Gentleman came out at 515 got my paperwork and number got me to a dock an hour early and out in good time. Be nice to these guys and they are nice to you. Have a good trip driver.”

“We were not even there for 5 minutes before a very kind and helpful young man asked if we needed help and offered when we said yes. I am sorry to say I didn’t catch his name. We were checked out by London who not only made it easy and convenient to check out by coming to inventory our choices and ring them up rather than have us carry it all over to the register. She also provided a surprising level of dedication to top notch customer service by jumping up and assisting us in carrying everything out and into our vehicle. I say surprising because normally this is not my experience these days. Thank you to London and the service oriented young man whose name I didn’t catch. U-Haul has some excellent representatives here!”
