“I needed storage for my fishing boats. Pamela reached out to me and set me up with the perfect space that I need. She was very helpful and also friendly, which is make or break in my book.”

“Top Notch Service. 78 Continental Mark V needed a window repair. They assessed the issue, we found the part needed on eBay. I ordered and the Team had it done in a few days. I'll definitely be using again for a few more projects. So thankful we have a few of these classic car shops in the area. Thank you Modern Classics and the entire Team.”
“Had a maintenance issue with the 5x15 unit I rented and couldn't seem to contact a human by the phone number listed. When Public Storage sent me an automated survey, I answered honestly about my issue and experience. Nicole called me the very next day out of concern and was super eager to help out. Long story short, she moved me to a new unit, same size, same price, and near the old one (so it wouldn't be difficult to move my things). Problem solved!
She went above and beyond for something I had written off as a problem with a storage company that couldn't care less. Whatever they're paying her, she deserves double from showing exceptional customer service and professionalism when she could have just as easily disregarded me and my problem. If she treats this one customer with such care, it's safe to assume she's just as polite and helpful for many others.”

“I had a unit there for over a year. I never had a problem and it was always easy access to my unit. Never had any leaks and the manager is very sweet. They also have a very cute little puppy in the office. ?”
“Lisa was so helpful assisting me with my myriad of questions and concerns which led me to decide on a bigger unit for my needs. I dont know the full extent of the storage unit itself as I havent moved in yet but the process of signing up was easy and I would definitely recommend for the customer service relations aspect!”
“After searching for the right storage unit for days, I chose Devon Self Storage on Ford Road in Westland. The customer service is excellent and their prices are the best I've found among many. I'm glad I took my time and found them.”
“A very good place people are always friendly people. They are always willing to help you. I would give them a 10 stars. If there was a 10 stars to give they were very willing to help get you out the door to get you moving you couldn’t ask for a better place. I would recommend these people to anybody. The Equipment was in good shape and they helped me get it unhooked and re-hooked when I got back so I’m pretty happy with their services.”
