When Public Storage sent me an automated survey, I answered honestly about my issue and experience. Nicole called me the very next day out of concern and was super eager to help out. Long story short, she moved me to a new unit, same size, same price, and near the old one (so it wouldn't be difficult to move my things). Problem solved!
She went above and beyond for something I had written off as a problem with a storage company that couldn't care less. Whatever they're paying her, she deserves double from showing exceptional customer service and professionalism when she could have just as easily disregarded me and my problem. If she treats this one customer with such care, it's safe to assume she's just as polite and helpful for many others.”
