“1st time using Sweet Bikes. I haven't rode my bike in years. Took it in for a tune-up. Ended up needing a gear replaced. They replaced the gear and tuned the bike up. Picked it up, and Emily was extremely helpful with all my questions and even showed me how to remove the front wheel and put it into my pickup truck, probably. Would highly recommend them. If there were anything I could say to improve the customer service even more would be to wipe down or even wash the bikes for your customers before returning them. But I'm still extremely happy. Thank you!!! ??”
“Got fitted for running shoes. Patrick watched me walk a couple of times and, based on my needs, brought out several options for me to try on. I ended up buying 2 pairs. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Another person also helped, I never got his name but he was also helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did I get great shoes there but I felt safe. I'm not going to get into details but there was a creeper shopping there. Patrick knew how to handle the situation so that I felt safe. I didn't even have to say anything--he noticed on his own. More men should be like him.”

Mike the sales associate, was EXTREMELY cooperative in assisting me for a replacement, even though I was not a Rei member on this purchase and the deadline for a free replacement lapsed. He 'bent over' backwards to help me, culminating in a very satisfactory resolution of another new jacket at no charge. Now I am a member with and will be doing much of my shopping here.”

“Such a treasure of a shop, the owners are incredibly kind and helpful, offering local spots, knowledge and just a general great attitude towards their customers. I've been in there a couple times now and each time was just great. Paul was more than helpful, and if you get to see the cat Freddy Mercury running around give him some scritchy scratchies. 10/10 on every aspect.”

Customer service focused and high attention to detail and was able to take care of everything within 24 hours. Been to a few shops while bowling in league, and this was the best experience by far. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!”

“Rally House was honestly a fun surprise.
I was impressed by how much Michigan sports merchandise they carry — from Lions and Tigers gear to Red Wings and college teams — all in one place. It’s the kind of store where you end up spotting things you didn’t plan to buy but actually want.
We went in just to browse and ended up leaving with a hat and a hoodie. The selection made it easy to compare styles and sizes in person, which is something you don’t always get online. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to walk through, and the staff were friendly without being pushy.
great stop if you’re a Michigan sports fan or looking for a solid gift.”

“Used this local sporting goods store on a few occasions. They helped get two varsity jackets (different schools) all set up and looking good. Employees are helpful. Good alternative to larger stores if needing sports balls, helmets, gloves, etc.”

“This shop is awesome, Dan is the man. I normally don't write reviews but I had to for this shop. That is how I found them, from reading others reviews. I had gotten 2 balls from a friend and needed to get the holes enlarged, Dan wanted to measure my fingers first and the ball holes to make sure the spacing was right. He had to fill and drill new holes, he was done the next day. The holes fit like a glove! I am taking my wife there today to get her a ball, can't say enough about the service and friendly staff.”
