“They did a fantastic job on my car. Had the struts and sway bars replaced. After getting the repair done my car started making noises a few days later. Brought it back and it turned out to be a faulty sway bar link. Ack was very honest about what happened. Abe and Ali amazing service, they explain everything in detail, they show you the part to be change, they look for ways to benefit both parties in terms of labor and price. “Honest, and extremely transparent with what issues exist, what’s immediate, what’s not. They send you a full description with photos and videos so you can see with your own eyes as well. They’ve been so kind I cannot thank them enough for the multiple times they’ve helped me with my car repairs. Unfortunately this time it was a matter of value of car/amount of repairs but even then they were very honest with me on whether it was worth putting money into the repairs or not. “These guys helped me in a big wall. Had a side wall blowout on my BMW on the way to the airport after hitting a nasty pothole. They were kind enough to throw on a nice gently used tire (they didn’t have in stock a brand new tire of what I needed), which was perfect to get me to the airport, and the drive back home two hours north after returning to the area. Super nice guys who easily could’ve overpriced something under the circumstances, but they were awesome and I would never hesitate to recommend them. Thanks to the whole team for helping me and my wife out of a bind!”

Over the summer, my car engine seized on the highway an hour away from home, and after waiting hours for an insurance tow truck that never showed, I called On the Hook Towing. Jesse showed up in under 20 minutes, and after promptly, skillfully, and professionally getting the car situated, he had us on the road. I had mentioned to Jesse that I had planned to go to another random auto shop nearby that I assumed was the only one open at the time, and to my good fortune he recommended Moe's Tire and Auto as the best in the area. I'm usually very skeptical in matters like these, but once welcomed and settled, Moses accurately assessed a faulty oil filter with no gasket ring that I had purchased earlier that day to be the cause of the engine seizure. He quoted me very fairly for the work and parts, and got to work within a very respectable timeframe. My car is still running great, and I couldn't be more grateful, as his testament to the issue ultimately helped me win most of the money back from the company I purchased the filter from initially. Truly patient, accommodating, and decent individuals that are knowledgable and carry out exceptional and honest work.”

“I found this shop a year ago and have had great service. The owner is personable, upfront about the needs of your vehicle and costs for the service. He makes every effort to be prompt and get the work done whether it's for repairs or maintenance. It's often done on the spot while you are waiting or he lets you know the best time to bring it back. He lets every customer know what work is needed and how much it will be. I've never had a surprise bill afterward. He talks to you like the long ago, personal service we have all been missing and you leave with confidence and a feeling like family. I highly recommend this repair shop not just for repairs but general maintenance.”

It's very easy to book an appointment online and I would also like to point out that Trevor was the one who helped me at the desk and was the one who worked on my car.
