We had a really good conversation along with a promise to make things right (honor sale prices).I appreciated Eric caring enough about the customer and his team to learn about the challenges I had and take the necessary steps to improve through proper coaching.Well done Eric.——————-Tried curbside pickup today. Placed order at 9AM. Only available pick-up was between 6-7PM. Called store at 7:30 because the order still showed as pending. No one answers the phone. Rang for 5+ minutes before being disconnected. Went to store. Order not ready, I was told there were 2 more items that needed to be pulled. Now 8:05PM - no order yet. 11+ hours to pull 7 items together… and it’s still not ready.”

“Remember Sams is about the cheapest gas there is right now. The line will be long and if you have no patience. Go somewhere else and pay the higher price. They don't set the price or the line lengths. They are at least offering a cheaper price then anyone next to the other clubs. So don't blame sams look straight to your "commander in chief " who doesn't know economics.”

“Members only wholesale Grocery and wholesale goods store Membership is 60$ and Executive Membership is $120 If you fill Gas here every week which is atleast 10 cents cheaper than what the rate is in the Area sold in other gas stations - you have covered the membership fees. I am not fully convinced Costco is the best place to shop for your daily needs; especially for a family as small as ours. You are buying in bulk and storing it in the house; sometimes for a year if you dont use as much kitchen paper (for example) The good things although are - customer service is good; the checkout lines moves fast even on the weekends! ; the produce is good quality and lasts! Indian food and seasonal indian items are available too. Some times they have big furniture or other seasonal household items on sale right when you need them; which saves you money too.”

“This review is for the hearing center in this store. Very good service. I finally decided to get hearing aids and after shopping around I chose Costco. Easy to make a appointment. James was my hearing aid specialist and he did a excellent job of explaining the entire process from testing to picking up the hearing aids. He is very thorough in explaining all aspects of the hearing tests and the fitting fro the aids. Come back in a week and he does additional tests to adjust the hearing aids to my specific hearing deficiencies. James is very patient and wanted to be sure I was comfortable with all the new info he was giving me. These are my first aids and Costco pricing was far better than the other stores I shopped at. I go back in a couple weeks to get a check up and see how I am responding to the current settings of the aids. I am very pleased with this experience and have to say this hearing center in is a go to my book.”

“Use this pharmacy for my dog's medication. Apoquel, 30 tabs for $70. Cheapest I can find around and I'm not even a member. If I were it would be $10-$15 less. Getting it at the vet is $3.50/pill. Meijer pharmacy quoted me $87/30 tabs. It's worth the hassle of the parking lot and people shopping to go once a month and get my refills. Only thing that keeps my dog from licking his paws off.”

“I have been shopping at BJ's Wholesale since it first opened. Overall, I am satisfied with the location. Normally, it is well-stocked and clean. The overall presentation is good and items are organized in a way that items are easy to find. It does not have an as extensive selection as that of Costco and Sam's Club and I find that some items are more expensive than those chains. This is not a deal breaker, though, because it is not as crowded and it is cleaner with a more pleasing presentation. I would rather pay a little more to avoid the crowds and find that what I need is usually in stock. I have also found that the most of the shoppers I have encountered at BJ's tend to be friendly and do not stand and clutter the aisles like some other places. If you are looking for the lowest prices, I would not recommend BJ's but if you are looking for reasonable prices and a clean environment, give it a try.”

“Hubby and I went to pick up our order this past MOnday morning (2-19-24). There are 11 spaces and when we got there, only one space was open. It was very busy, it appeared there was only one young lady working and she was constantly back and forth with orders. SOme of them were very large orders, consisting of three or four carts full of items. A lot of them heavy cases of water. SHe kept a smile and a positive attitude while she kept going and assisting customers. When she got to us, the first thing she did was apologize. I told her there wa no reason for that, but I did appreciate it. I thanked her for her positive demeanor and told her to hang in there. She smiled and thanked me. She said being busy makes the day go by fast. Just a great representation of a Sam's Club employee. I asked her her name, and I believe it was Ariana, or Adriana. Please make sure she sees this and please acknowledge her !! She deserves it !!!”

“I find this place to be a good place for low prices and bulk products! My experiences with the staff always are helpful and courteous! Sometimes when truck is unloading I have an extra long wait, but I could always choose to come back when they are finished unloading the truck! I have seen many many rude privileged customers giving staff a hard time and I see they comment negativity but still return to shop here! Why give people a hard time like their your servants? And then expect them to treat you better the. You treat them? Overall I give this establishment 4 out of 5 stars making the note that I haven’t been to any bulk or commercial foods supply that ever got 5 stars from me”
“This is a great outfit. I live, basically on the other side of town, pass by 3 or 4 big box stores, plus a ton of hardware stores to shop there. When you really need something, and need to be absolutely sure of it's quality and value, plus if you want outstanding advice, this is the place to go. Plus, they are just plain ole' kind to everybody. If you can't find it here, you might as well book passage on the Space Shuttle, cause it probably ain't here on Earth!”
