“Hi I have been waiting to get the email for the review of my technician and I havent received it yet. I would like to just say your employee Shawn at your iron mountain Michigan store did a great job!! He was super friendly and did the job fantastic!!! He went above and beyond to do the job right and even tho the weather wasn't the best he didn't complain at all. Ive never had any experience with windshields and he answered each question i had with enthusiasm and it sorta felt like I knew him like a good friend ive known for years. My windshield was shattered and definitely thought it would be an issue for him cause there wasn't a good spot for him to suction cup the tool to separate the windshield from my truck but he didn't even hesitate to figure it out and really just did a fantastic job even tho the weather and my windshield were working against him. I was extremely impressed and I hope the rest of your employees have the same attitude as Shawn cause it was like I had my family member as a technician and because of that I will always be choosing safelight and will recommend it to everyone I know when they have glass troubles AND IM GUNNA RECOMMEND THAT ASK FOR SHAWN!!! cause id want my family and close friends to receive the same professional and almost like family experience I had when shawn came to my house cause I only recommend the best to them and I know that shawn will give them that. “Great company to work with! St. George Glass worked with us to replace several windows and sliding doors in our vacation property. They were responsive, flexible and worked on every detail to ensure a great finished product. The Marvin windows and doors they installed are extremely nice and their installation team did an excellent job. As with everything we had to wait about 12 weeks to get our custom order built from Marvin and shipped to St. George Glass for installation. We had a tight schedule with limited openings to install the new product. Michelle was great to work with. She was able to juggle their schedule and meet timelines and expectations. We have a few more windows to be replaced that they will be measuring up soon. It was great to find a company that followed through and provided the excellent level of service they did.
