“Any issues I've brought to them have been fixed pretty well. Repairs I've received have not failed or caused further issues. I recently brought up a transfer case issue with the suggestion of a fix they had never heard about. The techs tried my suggestion despite their suspended (albeit reasonable) disbelief and the issue was fixed. They trusted me with my suggestion and in trying it so I'll trust them and their work for as long as I remain in this area. I'm sure they'll try your suggestions with your car if you've got the knowledge of what you're talking about.

“I had the pleasure to have the folks at Arcand's service Center work on my car. I went to see them if they would mount four new tires and check my brakes as I had been told a local dealership that ilI to have the rear brakes re placed. The dealership gave me an estimate of $570.
00 which I thought was a bit much. My brakes were checked, long story short. I do not need the brake job,at least for not for a couple years. The price that Arcan's quoted was $600.00for both front and rear. I will say that the Crew at Arcan's Service Center are honest; they could have done the work and not said a work about not needing the brakes changed and I would have paid. This a business with integrity.
I will be returning again.”

“Pat was so very helpful and customer service oriented. I had a remarkable experience at Pomps in Iron Mountain after unknowingly driving over a nail, and experiencing a flat tire that could not be repaired. (Not a good formula for vacation!) While Pomp's didn't have the tire I needed in their store in Iron Mt for my new vehicle, Pat worked to find one, special order it and get it delivered quickly. They had a new tire on my car within 24 hours and I was in my way. Thank you, Pat and Pomp's Iron Mountain!! 👏”

“I have had several experiences here over the years. These guys are always top-notch especially the shop manager. Extremely knowledgeable and always seem to be using the best tools money can buy. I.e you're not paying for somebody to take out a bolt with an open-ended wrench, they're using Milwaukee power tools.”

“I don’t often leave reviews but it’s nice to find a private collision repair shop that takes pride in their work! Brought in my truck for an insurance claim and also had some work work done that was not part of the claim. My truck was rough because it’s in the woods a lot and very scratched. They buffed everything that wasn’t painted because it looked so bad once the other half of the truck was painted. “After an unfortunate accident last Friday night involving a large deer that caused extensive damage to our vehicle, we are thankful to all involved who helped. The Good Samaritans who stopped to check if we were injured, the Fire Department, the Sheriff’s Department, and Wade for his exceptional service! He loaded our vehicle onto the flatbed truck and had us safely off the highway in a short time. Wade immediately put us at ease making the best of a bad situation. Not only did he drive us home, he also dropped our vehicle off at a local repair shop. It’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping others!”

“Went in for my tire appointment and was told my tires were not ready and that I needed to come back. I was frustrated because I had prepaid for the tires and had called the day before to confirm that they would be ready. After I left they found my tires and they had been there the whole time. However, they called and let me know they made a mistake and that they were sorry. They then offered to waive my lifetime balance and tire disposal fee.
