“This hardware store has always been my go to store for many years, even with different owners prior. From paint, to tools, to fittings for kitchen or bathroom projects, to bird seed, to reflective markers for your yards, bags of salt, lawn chairs, mulch, and now today for grass seed...they always have what a person needs without going to larger stores where you may or may not even see an employee for assistance and also may spend more time roaming around than getting what you need. Shout out to Chris, the Assistant Manager, who always greets with a smile and helps find whatever is needed. It is appreciated. I always notice when I walk into the store that the employee at the desk greets and asks me if they can help in any way. I will continue to shop here for my home and yard maintenance needs.”
“I’m only giving 4 stars because of Susan. She gets the stars for the store and She was great. I see her there all the time. She is very polite and helpful. Could have been 5, nothing to do with Susan. I do know they need more staff. Management is poor, but Susan is fantastic. Give that woman a raise!!! She deserves it. They also need another cashier especially on weekends, I wouldn’t want to be the cashier with a line that long very stressful for them, and when help is called it takes too long. Keep up the awesome work Susan, I see you when I walk in and when I walk out always smiling. I’m guessing we will see you tomorrow.”
“Bias Review I already love Home Depot so I'm rating high, but I DO NOT like the layout that's hard for my mind to wrap around and it is smaller than the store I'm used to. But it has everything you're familiar with and I'd shop carpet here. It's the best carpet install price for 100's miles.”
