“What amazing service! I called over the weekend to leave a voicemail, and the owner answered! Asked what was all going on, even though he technically was off, and I was able to get my truck in that Tuesday and fixed the same day! I will absolutely keep bringing my truck to his auto shop, he was very honest and has great prices! Highly recommend!”

“Any issues I've brought to them have been fixed pretty well. Repairs I've received have not failed or caused further issues. I recently brought up a transfer case issue with the suggestion of a fix they had never heard about. The techs tried my suggestion despite their suspended (albeit reasonable) disbelief and the issue was fixed. They trusted me with my suggestion and in trying it so I'll trust them and their work for as long as I remain in this area. I'm sure they'll try your suggestions with your car if you've got the knowledge of what you're talking about.

I had a remarkable experience at Pomps in Iron Mountain after unknowingly driving over a nail, and experiencing a flat tire that could not be repaired. (Not a good formula for vacation!) While Pomp's didn't have the tire I needed in their store in Iron Mt for my new vehicle, Pat worked to find one, special order it and get it delivered quickly.
