“I needed to rent a vehicle at the last minute. I had reserved a small SUV at Enterprise but apparently the service representative at Enterprise put down the wrong date that I wanted to pick up the SUV so they didn’t have one for me. Only a truck! With the gas prices being what they are, I sure didn’t want a truck to drive from Michigan to New York. So I hurried and made it to Hertz. This was at 5:15 pm and they close at 6 pm. They had the perfect SUV for me with no reservation. THANK YOU Hertz! Everything went so smoothly. You now have a new customer. Goodbye Enterprise. I won’t be back.”
