When you sign a paper saying do not allow overdraft, they will overdraft the hell out of your account then shut it down. Would not recommend. Absolutely TRASH bank. Needs to be shut down.

Updated on 2/9/24: They did reach out to me and work to resolve the issue, I do appreciate them addressing it. I do hope they can come up with a better system for checking insurance or just not ask for it every year.I have never had a credit union harass me for proof of insurance every year for a vehicle loan like this place does. And they have a horrible online system for the proof of insurance, it takes several iterations of uploading exactly what they ask for before they finally process the proof of insurance. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else! I am refinancing to get away from this place as soon as interest rates are reasonable again.

If I could give no stars I would. This is literally the WORST bank/credit union I have ever been in contact with from withholding a paycheck from an employer (which we had to go through labor and wages and a judge to get the money) to hold personal funds due to one of their employees messing up a social security number how do you do that when working with federal money? Been trying to get the money for over three weeks it’s extremely close to Christmas now and they continue to hold the funds and are now saying it’s under review for fraud but there is obviously no fraud. Have a great day and do not bank with community choice.

I have been a member for more than 2 decades and will not bank anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are also quick to respond and resolve issues that may arise. I definitely recommend CCCU to anyone looking for a bank or credit union.

Bridget was awesome today. Thorough, kind, patient, explained things beautifully, and went the extra mile to prevent mixups. Mother was thrilled with solution Bridget provided. Wish someone else had helped like that months ago when mixups happened frequently. Impressed with watching other staff as I waited.
