“My printer broke down. I’m thinking paper jam gone bad but could not find the cause. So, I called the place where I bought it, Best Buy. Spent 30+ minutes on the phone with them. Bottom line, they didn’t want me to bring it in. They wanted to send someone to my house with a cost over $100.I called Printer Source Plus. Bring it in and we will look at it. 20 mile drive but a much better choice than above. The two ladies I dealt with were soooo helpful. Between helping me and other customers, they were able to fix the issue so that I did not have make a return trip.Sorry big box stores but my future purchases for any printing needs with be at Printer Source Plus.”
