Had to get a haircut today with Patty - not my normal stylist but I was in town. She cuts your hair the way she wants it. Doesn't matter what you say, she'll argue with you and do what she wants. The service was acceptable but not what I wanted. I'll plan ahead next time and get into my regular stylist.

Great male hair cut never any problems. All hairdressers are fantastic. In and out reasonably fast. No complaints.

Been going here since we moved. Easy online check in. Place is almost always busy, so check in online to see your wait time. They do a good job, but what sucks is the employee turn over rate. You get someone that cuts your hair perfect, then the next time you show up, they're gone. Other than always rolling the bad haircut dice, tthe place is great.

So typically I love our hair cuts here but I checked in at 3:12pm it said 96min wait we get there at 4:20 and are told it will still be 70 mins then when we finally got to the hair cuts my daughter gets her bob comes over and her bangs aren't touched at all that's the main reason she was getting it cut so back in the chair well her haircut looks like I did it all that was done was sprayed then cut straight around the bottom except for the few long strains I'm seeing today and her bangs look horrible when I brought her last time the lady did such an amazing job this time I should have done it at home my son's looks nothing like what he asked for and I guess my husbands looks ok but it was a horrible experience this time

I know it's always a gamble going to great clips, I've been to another locations and received bad haircuts, even had a 2nd person cut my hair trying to fix what the other had done. Returned after years got one good haircut. Today and woman named Chelsea cut my hair. Really nice. Got in the car and was a little shook. Returned home and got upset. Tried to fix it myself and had another stylist try to fix it. Was Un-fixable. Needless to say I am bald now. Too many times my hair has been butchered, will never return to a Great Clips ever again. I would give 0 stars if possible.

We went first thing in the morning. The salon was extremely busy with only two stylists working. Both stylists did a phenomenal job at taking time with each client but keeping the wait time at a minimum.
My daughter and I were checked in to get our haircut which we both did and they turned out perfect. Kim, cut my hair I ask her to look at my son’s hair. He had recently got his cut by another stylist. Kim was happy to do so. She noticed a few things were a little off like crooked bangs. She happily said we guarantee all of our haircuts and I will fix it for you.
They are always busy and you have to check in online or you will wait for hours. But overall most of the stylists are friendly and great at what they do.

They sometimes do not make sure my hair is even on both sides to where I have to call them and tell them that my hair is not even
