Jackson Crossing is a mall that still feels quite alive and lively, with a unique feel as it twists and turns. There is a good selection of stores, almost all of which are occupied, and it is mostly full. The stores are very clean and up to date. The staff can be very friendly and helpful. It offers great options for community based fun while running errands, including a good bite to eat. However, there are signs of maintenance needed and water leaking. The hours are constantly changing, opening later and later, and are not reliably posted. Some wish for more store variety, such as another shoe store or options for adult fun. Overall, it provides a 10/10 experience for many.
Got there mid-day so there were not many parking spots. Parking lot was clean & appeared well maintained.
The store was a bit messy due to what appeared to be a restocking day.
It is a nice day so a lot of people are out shopping here.
