I am very sentimental over my grandfather‘s chain and I wanted to take it to somewhere where I could trust and somewhere that does not ship the repairs out the customer service was very amazing everybody in there super friendly and very helpful And very understanding and the fix they did on my chain. I am very, very happy with very nice and high-quality a lot better than what was on it and I didn’t even expect them to clean it or polish it but when I got it back, it looks so nice.
