i was interested in buying a new 2024 kia telluride from kia of jackson. in talking to two different sales people, i was told that they had a $3,000 minimum trade-in allowance promotion. so, i asked the first agent for details and for some reason he could not clearly explain how that worked. the msrp of the car i was interesed in was $42,980 so it would seem one could get $3000 off that msrp. "joe", the first agent said that the msrp price was a special internet price and i would not be entitled to any further promotion. (so msrp must be "special pricing"! ...what a deal). a few days later i called kia of jackson again to learn exactly what the $3000 minimum trade deal would actually be. this time i talked to agent "river". she also had a dificult time making me understand how this promotion worked but finally said i would get $3000 off the price the car was on the lot..."the lot price". ok then i asked what is the "lot price" for this car. she looked it up and said it was $44,480 ($1500 above msrp!) she confirmed that i could thus get the car for $41,480 ($44,480 - $3000) plus tax & fees. i told river to please email me the window sticker etc. i subsequently got her email and i was surprised with a new lot price...the message said "...the lot price of the vehicle will be $45,980.00."! so, when i was planning to exercise the $3000 minimum trade-in promotion the price of my car increased and so it ended up getting changed to exactle $3000 higher than the msrp. i think most prospective customers would agree with me that this kia of jackson place would be a good one to avoid.

Brought our Kia Sedona in for a repair on a oil leak under warranty. They told us the problem was fixed, but a few later, my van was still leaking oil. I called them and they said I could bring it back in for them to look at, but it was probably left over oil leaking from the bell. Apparently, they didn't clean up the oil residue after the repair. I brought it to a dealership in Battle Creek who told me that the repair was not done properly, and then fixed it again for free. Do not recommend the Kia dealership in Jackson for service.

We love Kia of Jackson, we bought our 20 telluride from Joe Genko and had outstanding service from him. Every time we bring it for service (reg maintenance) we appreciate Ed and Naomi, and always Joe pops over to say hello. Please try these guys, you won't be sorry.

I don't know where to start. We had a flashing engine light so we towed our car to the Jackson Kia dealership vs the one we normally visit. The service was amazing, so good in fact we will start using them going forward. Well worth the extra miles. Above and beyond customer service is a rarity and they far exceeded my expectations. We had not only our car diagnostics done the same day but our entire vehicle repaired and the oil changed. It may take them a while to answer the phone but that is because they are treating their customers top notch in person. Thank you Naomi and Kevin!!!

I had a very smooth time purchasing my vehicle here. Jerry was an excellent help and kept me very well informed through the whole process and even came in on his day off to help me out because that was what was most convenient for myself. If you’re looking for a new vehicle definitely ask for Jerry as you will have a very well informed individual and you will have excellent service!

We have a Kia Carnival in for repair. They don't know how to fix it and don't know how long it will take to figure it out. Please avoid this dealer. Their incompetence and stonewalling is the opposite of good service.

I tried calling to set up an appointment to get my car looked at and nobody would bother to answer the phone. I left a message at noon and never got a call back. I called the next day and same exact thing. If it is this hard to set up an appointment just to get the car in I can't imagine how hard it would be to actually get service done to my car. I would not recommend wasting your time. If you need your car looked at call toledo they actually pick up the phone.

Service is friendly enough and the mechanics are mechanics are likewise good enough. Frustratingly though there is a HUGE price gap between what the main Kia website illustrates in the way of costs versus what this dealership bills out at. They also have a flat markup of ~3K for vehicle shortages, or at least they did for the one I was looking at. Fundamentally I don’t agree with a manufacturers inability to produce causing a penalty to the consumer directly from the dealerships.
