“Wow, just wow. I have had them frame at least 10 different items for me and I receive amazing, personalized service every time. Whether a full custom job or one of their many off the shelf frames they always help me find the perfect look. I would not say they are cheap, they shouldn't be, they are the best. Turnaround time is quick too.”

“Came here looking for a pen with certian specifications, most employees really weren't present, felt a little lost and then a kid with orange hair came up and asked if I'd found everything alright and when I explained what I was looking for they stepped right up and not only told me the one I had wasn't what I was looking for but gave me a few options and recommendations. In the end, I found what I was looking for in a simple $1.50 pen. Now, I know that isn't the sale of year but you can bet your butt I'll be coming back and asking for the kid with orange hair anytime I need office supplies. Customer service matters. I'd have paid $20 if it meant I found what I was looking for, this time it was a dollar, next time it might be more. Point is, the value of the item does not hold as much weight as the value of the experience when it comes to patronage.”

They never made any false promises, and worked through all the details of the job with me until I was satisfied, and gave me a VERY reasonable price for what I was asking for on a tight timeline. Very impressed, and they even gave me some industry tips for next time. I highly recommend!”
