Excellent experience today getting innoculations for COVID. Almost no waiting, three adults done in short time, painless injection, very clean and efficient administrator. The service in person is great, but wait times on the phone are unnecessary at best. Excellent customer service and very helpful staff. Much better than recent experience with staff at CVS pharmacy. The pharmacy on Spring arbor Rd in Jackson Michigan has the best customer service and procedures that have been seen in many years. Will be using them from now.

The service in person is great, but the wait times on the phone average over 12 minutes just to speak to someone are which is unnecessary at best

Disappointed in delays and lack of communication getting prescriptions filled, including 1 lifesaving epi-pen. Two other prescriptions going on two weeks. Service used to be good, has taken a downward turn.
