Southside Auto & Body LLC is an amazing family owned business. From the moment customers arrive, they are welcomed in and greeted with a smile and a willingness to help. The owner, Larry, is a nice man that knows his cars and is willing to work with customers through a financial hardship. He treats people with respect and hospitality. The crew is trustworthy and dependable, going above and beyond for the community. They take the time to discuss concerns, troubleshoot, and offer support and encouragement. Customers have saved between $700-$900 compared to other shops in Jackson. The staff keeps everyone informed of costs, time needed, and if repairs are better or worse than expected. One customer had a car problem after spending thousands of dollars with no fix from multiple shops. Larry and his dad assured them there would be no charge unless the problem was fixed—and they fixed it. Another customer called many places to put tires on a car, but others wanted over $100 just for that. Southside was absolutely reasonable. Hands down, they are the best people around.

Very nice owner Larry's a nice man that know his cars and is willing to work with you through a financial hardship I would recommend him to any one that need thwr car repaired also a local church member of my community God bless

Hands Down The Best People Around!!! Larry the Owner and His Crew was on top of it. I called many places to put tires on my car and places wanted to charge me over $100 just to put tires on. They are absolutely Reasonable and Couldn't have asked for better!!!
